Customer Service Attendant
Are you looking for a fun and engaging work environment? Do you enjoy meeting new people and providing great customer service? Kootenay Indoor Golf is hiring! We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, and comfortable working in a hospitality setting.
What You’ll Need:
✔️ Serve It Right Certification (Required)
✔️ Food Safe Certification (Required)
✔️ Strong customer service skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ A positive and friendly attitude
Roles and Responsibilities
🔹 Greeting customers and serving beverages
🔹 Helping guests get set up with the golf simulators
🔹 Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the lounge area
🔹 Processing basic transactions and handling cash/card payments
🔹 Other duties as required
Wage & Hours:
- $17.40 per hour
- Part-time hours (specific shifts to be discussed)
