By submitting this waiver, I acknowledge that participating in activities at Kootenay Indoor Golf involves risks such as accidental contact with equipment, slips, falls, and other unforeseen hazards. I voluntarily accept these risks and release Kootenay Indoor Golf, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities related to injury, damage, or loss incurred while on the premises or participating in activities, whether due to negligence or otherwise.
