By submitting this waiver, I acknowledge that participating in activities at Kootenay Indoor Golf involves risks such as accidental contact with equipment, slips, falls, and other unforeseen hazards. I voluntarily accept these risks and release Kootenay Indoor Golf, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities related to injury, damage, or loss incurred while on the premises or participating in activities, whether due to negligence or otherwise. If I am completing this waiver on behalf of one or more participants under the age of 18, I confirm that I am their parent or legal guardian and have the authority to do so. I have explained the terms of this waiver to the minor(s) listed below, and I consent to their participation in activities at Kootenay Indoor Golf. I accept full responsibility for their safety, conduct, and any injury, damage, or loss they may incur while on the premises or participating in activities.
